    具体而言，Server DRAM合约价在2025年下半年累计上涨约64%，2026年预计再涨约270%；Enterprise SSD同期上涨约35%，2026年累计涨幅预计达235%。即便进入2027年，HBM合约价仍可能上涨70%–140%，整体价格将维持高位。    

    在价格飞涨的同时，CSP对内存位元的需求也大幅增加，原厂优先保障服务器应用供应。

C |     2026年，HBM与RDIMM合计将占DRAM供应位元的51%；2027年，随着制程升级和新工厂产能释放，Server DRAM与HBM的供应位元增速有望达到27%。     这一趋势将从两个层面深刻影响AI生态：     一是成本压力传导。高昂的内存成本为NVIDIA等AI芯片厂商提供了合理的涨价理由，CSP或将进一步提高资本支出，以维系AI芯片和内存的采购规模。

D |     二是内存架构主动调整。为应对高价格和供应配额不足，CSP将更积极地优化内存配置，例如降低单颗芯片搭载容量、调整RDIMM/HBM规格，或转向采用将模型固化在芯片中的AI ASIC方案，以保障AI基础设施建设和产品出货目标的顺利实现。
